Performance Dogs in Action
Rat hunt is a fun game of hide and seek for your dog. Rats will be hidden in a course made of hay bales and your dogs will learn how to use their sense of smell to seek them out.

RAT HUNT CLASSES
Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of month
9:00 - 11:00 am
Class begins at 9:00 am and will continue until all students have completed their hunt. Drop-in allowed. All levels welcome.
$20.00 per class
Shauna Elder is the instructor and can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org
Dogs of all levels are welcome. We will be teaching dogs how to navigate a course, climb up on hay bales, go through tunnels and how to find rats. Rats are protected in PVC tubes and are not harmed. Dogs run "naked" so they do not get hung up on anything. Safety is always the most important thing, followed by fun.
What to bring:
- Tasty treats or a high value toy
- Crate, xpen or tie-up for your dog(s)
- Water for you and your dog
Shauna Elder has been doing Rat Hunt for 3 years and has helped others with training for the last 2 years. Her primary dog has a Senior title in Barn Hunt and is currently training at the master level. She has also earned a bronze in crazy 8s. Shauna has a few other dogs who she looks forward to training this year.
